This duplex is across the street from the water and an easy 3 block walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is a public fishing or crabbing pier with a long public waterfront just across the street that is never crowded and a playground up the street. Also within walking distance to several good Restaurants nearby like Dry Dock 28, Salty Dog, Mamas Cantina, and the Pit and Pub. Walk to Jolly Roger Water Park (which is great, we go all the time), Go-Kart Track, Amusement Park, and Mini Golf. Free circus there nightly during the season.
Both units have laminate flooring, tile showers and beautiful live edge wood countertops. There is a nice porch with table and chairs to sit and relax at with a nice breeze. New this year is a fenced patio out back with large picnic tables and grills. 2 car parking for each unit, plus plenty of street parking. 4 Smart TVs and wireless internet available. 321 Robin Drive is a great place to stay, and these 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are reasonably priced.
