Also there is a prime reserved parking spot and street parking for additional cars. Cavalier units are very popular because of the location and price.
This 2 bedroom 1 ½ bath 2 story townhouse is nicely decorated in a beachy theme. This Downtown Gem is great for groups, families, grads, cruisers and is pet friendly! There is laminate flooring throughout.
As for sleeping accommodations the master bedroom has a queen bed, and a single bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The downstairs living room has a daybed with a trundle underneath and a couch. There is a deck off the Master Bedroom and a deck area off the main door. There are 3 Smart Tvs and fast internet.
Full weeks and mini weeks are available. We also have 4 other units in this same complex for vacation rentals. 2 two bedrooms and 2 one bedrooms. Rent one or two or all of them if you want to put a different group in each one. All of our other units are close by so if you have friends renting our other properties they will be close by.
We live locally and do our own EASY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WITH NO LINES. Our cleaners mainly clean our units. This may help you to check in early if they are finished. If you need recommendations or have any problems, we live nearby and are glad to help.
