This 3 Bedrooms 2 full bath Bayfront Condo is located just a few blocks from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on Worcester St which is about 5 blocks south of 1st St. This unit was voted as one of the top 10 places to stay in Ocean City by OceanCity.com. There is a pool deck right on the bay with lounge chairs and tables and an awesome pool. It is right on the bay and harbor and the boat traffic is very cool to watch. Many vacationers spend their whole time on the balcony as the view is fantastic and the Sunsets are second to none..

The decor and furnishings are very high end and the home is stocked with everything you will need to comfortably sleep, eat, and relax during your vacation. There are Smart TVs in every room and a big one in the living room. The countertops are live edge wood shaped like a surfboard. The bathrooms have walk in tile showers with glass doors.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private balcony with a view of Assateague Island, the Bay and Inlet. Watch the boats come and go and many times see wild horses on Assateague and porpoises and dolphins.

There’s no need to worry about driving while vacationing at the Assateague House. Once you park your vehicle in one of your two reserved parking spaces (one is covered) and there is street parking also, you can walk to the best Ocean City has to offer including fine restaurants, rides, family entertainment, nightlife, fishing, crabbing, boat and jet ski rentals, and more.
